基于主成分方法的我国智慧城市发展潜力评价--根据东部11个城市的数据

摘要

At present,building smart city is the trend of development and construction in our country.The article con-structs indicators system in four aspects of information infrastructure,public support platform,urban competitiveness,value realization,uses principal component analysis,makes the sort and potential evaluation about the eleven cities in east region of China which is the representative of smart city development,based on current situation and empirical analysis,providing measures to smart city development.%打造智慧城市是我国当前城市建设与发展的一大趋势。从信息基础设施、公共支撑平台、城市竞争能力、价值实现四大方面构建智慧城市发展潜力评价指标体系，运用主成分分析方法对我国东部地区11个具有代表性的城市进行排序和潜力评价，并在现实和实证分析的基础上对智慧城市未来的规划建设提出相应政策建议。
