摘要

This paper comprehensively and systematically analyzed the scales and patent holding of traditional core indus -tries, high-tech industries and emerging industries in Henan province in the past decade , clarified current industrial foun-dations, advantageous fields and technologies and put forward the development idea and layout of strategic emerging indus -tries.%选择河南省近十年的传统优势支柱产业、高技术产业、新兴产业的产业规模及专利拥有等方面进行全面系统地分析，摸清河南省当前的产业基础、优势领域、优势技术，提出河南省战略性新兴产业的发展思路与布局。
