Research of regional electricity integrated resource strategy planning layout under new situation: Based on the perspective of Henan Province

Facing with the increasingly tight resources and environmental constraints, according to the characteristics of Henan Province region, resources and demand, this paper constructed the Henan 6 interregional area grid transmission line of electricity and power constraints, in order to research regional resources overall optimization path of Henan province, and established the Henan province integrated resource strategic planning model(HNIRSP)which took the cross-regional transmission in multi area into account and conducted the scene simulation analysis on electricity power layout of the power integrated resource planning in Henan Province. The scenario analysis of the Henan Province integrated resource strategic planning model shows as follows: getting rid of the efficiency power plant(EPP), the total of new power demand in Henan province in 2014–2030 is about 96950MW, which reduces the installed capacity about 32250MW compared with the results of the space balance situation. In a word, it can directly reduce the investment of the whole society about 10.86 billion yuan, and reduce the emissions of CO2 about 11627 million tons, and reduce the emissions of SO2 about 37.7 million tons and reduce the emissions of NOx about 32.8 million tons.
