胰岛素及相关药物的中国专利分析

摘要

利用国家知识产权局的专利信息服务平台，对胰岛素及相关药物的中国专利进行数据检索、数据清洗和数据分析，并对时间序列数据采用“累计分析”。分析结果发现，胰岛素相关技术自2002年起一直快速增长，大部分胰岛素技术都集中在中国、美国、日本和欧洲，申请人集中度很低，胰岛素类药物本身和影响胰岛素分泌通路的药物都是申请人的研发重点。%Using the patent search system of SIPO , Chinese patent information on insulin and related medicines are ana-lyzed through data retrieval , cleaning and analysis.The time-series data are analyzed by “cumulative study” .The analy-sis results demonstrate that the insulin -related technology has been growing rapidly since 2002, most of the insulin tech-nologies are concentrated in China , the U.S., Japan and Europe , the applicant concentration is very low , applicants focus on both insulin and medicines affecting insulin secretion pathway.
