杭州国际科技合作现状与发展对策

国际科技合作是建设创新型城市的重要环节。通过对企业的调研和分析，剖析杭州国际科技合作现状，在规模、资本、技术、人才和政策等方面与深圳、上海等城市进行对比分析，针对存在问题提出建设性的发展对策，同时可为国内其他城市国际科技合作建设提供参考。%International cooperation in science and technology is an important part of building an innovative city .Through research of the enterprises in Hangzhou and comparative analysis of Shenzhen , Shanghai and other cities in terms of scale , capital, technology, personnel and policy , etc, the article dissects international S&T cooperation situation in Hangzhou and puts forward the constructive development countermeasures to existing problems , which can also provide a reference for oth-er cities in China .
