科技人才创新创业激励因子结构及满意度分析

     

摘要

On the basis of the investigation of innovation and entrepreneurship motivation mechanism research about 2323 science and technology talents in 11 cities throughout Zhejiang province,the Cronbach α was used to test reliability,and factor analysis was used to screen and ascertain innovation and entrepreneurship incentive factors and test the validity.The incentive factors included the integrated incentives,the work environment,the software and hardware support,and the scientific personnel management system and mode.And the satisfaction of the different characteristics of scientific and technological talents for innovation and entrepreneurship incentive factors were analyzed and discussed,which would provide the evidence for improving measures.%在对覆盖浙江全省11个市(地)共2323名科技人才激发其创新创业机制现状调查的基础上,通过Cronbach a系数检验量表的信度,以及采用因子分析筛选创新创业激励公因子和检验量表的效度,筛选确定的激励公因子有科技人才综合激励策略、创新创业环境、工作软硬件支持以及科技人才管理体制和方式.还分析讨论不同特征组科技人才对创新创业激励影响因子的满意度及差异情况,为寻求针对不同背景人群的改进措施提供依据.
