企业家精神对地区生产率的影响——基于省级动态面板数据的广义矩分析

摘要

将企业家精神变量分解为创新精神和创业精神两个变量,采用2000年～2010年省级面板数据,实证检验创新精神和创业精神对地区生产率的影响.结果表明,创新精神与创业精神皆是提高地区生产率的动力,但创新精神与创业精神对地区生产率的正向影响整体偏弱,且具有东部经济地带较中西经济地带更为显著的地区差异性特征.基于实证分析结果,提出提高创新精神和创业精神进而促进地区生产率提升的对策建议.%The article divides entrepreneurship variable into two variables of entrepreneurship and innovation spirits.It uses 2001-2010 year' provincial panel data to have an empirical test of the influence of entrepreneurship spirit and innovation spirit on regional productivity.Results show that they are important driving forces that raise regional productivity, however, they only have weak positive influence on regional productivity, and there is regional difference characteristics that east economic zone is more significant than middle and west economic zone.Based on the result of empirical a-nalysis, the article puts forward some countermeasures and suggestion in increasing innovation spirit and entrepreneurship spirit to promote regional productivity.
