基于DEA-TOBIT两阶段法的集装箱港口效率及效率影响因素研究

摘要

使用DEA-Tobit两阶段方法,评价2003年～2009年中国8大主要集装箱港口的效率,并针对在效率上给予影响的外部营运环境要素素进行分析.第一阶段DEA分析结果中国8大港口的平均效率各模型上呈现0.55-0.62的水平；第二阶段利用Tobit回归模型分析外部运营环境要素对港口效率的影响.结果表明,腹地的经济势力会给予最大的影响.港口的投入要素和产出要素当中,在港口效率上给予影响的要素是产出要素.另外,2008年世界金融危机对2009年效率上给予负的影响%The research evaluates 8 Chinese container ports' efficiency using DEA method.On this basis, the Tobit regression model is applied to analyze the factors affecting ports' efficiency.The first stage DEA estimation results of the average Chinese ports efficiency are in the range from 0.55 to 0.62.Environment factors that influence port efficiency is applied to Tobit regression model analysis.The paper finds out that hinterland economy is the most important factor to have the effect on the ports' efficiency.Output variable is more effective on the ports' efficiency than input variables.And the global financial crisis in 2008 has a negative effect on the ports' efficiency in 2009.
