政府科技投入对高校科技产出的非线性研究——基于中国2002-2008年省区面板数据的门限回归分析

             

摘要

The paper empirically researches the impact of S&T investment of government to S&T innovation of universities by applying Hansen threshold panel regression model. Based on the panel date from 2002 to 2008 of 29 provinces in China, some useful results are found: the S&T investment of government has threshold effect on the basic research output as well as the applied research output of universities. When the S&T investment of government is higher than the threshold, the basic research output and applied research output of universities can be remarkable promoted. The paper also indicates that the S&T investment of government is still insufficient and the differences between provinces are significant. Some universities in the underdeveloped areas need more investment.%运用Hansen门限面板回归模型分析政府科技投入对高校科技产出的影响.结果表明,政府科技投入对高校基础研究产出和应用研究产出都存在门限效应,当政府科技投入强度高于门限值时,政府科技投入对高校基础研究产出和应用研究产出存在明显的促进作用.研究也表明政府科技投入总体还不足,且省区差异明显,部分政府科技投入偏低且经济欠发达省区应该加大对高校的科技投入力度.
