基于CV分析方法的我国少数民族院士群体状况特征探析

     

摘要

This research used CV analysis method to study the characteristics of 41minority academicians from CAS and CAE from the aspects of nationality,growth area,family background,educational experience,and professional history.Minority academician distributed disproportionately,in which the growth environment plays a key role. The family back-grounds of Minority academicians do not carry the characteristics of inter-generational transmission,but government sup-port policies play an important role in minority talents development. Minority academicians have a good educational back-ground,and protecting minority excellent students’equal access to higher education is a great significance for the develop-ment. Minority academicians have a strong feeling of patriotic devotion and form a core competitiveness of scientific research based on specific areas. To strengthen the training of scientific and technological minority talents,we should focus on train-ing not only the operational capacity but also the spirit of serving national regional needs and national development.%采用CV分析法,对中国科学院和中国工程院共41位少数民族院士的特征,包括民族及成长地域、家庭背景、教育经历、职业经历等进行统计分析。少数民族院士分布呈现不均衡状态,成长环境具有关键影响;少数民族院士的家庭背景并不具有代际传递特征,政府公平的少数民族人才支持政策发挥重要作用;少数民族院士均拥有良好的高等教育经历,保障少数民族优秀学生优质高等教育入学机会平等对其发展意义重大;少数民族院士具有强烈的爱国奉献情怀,能够立足特色领域,形成科研核心竞争力,加强新时期少数民族科技人才培养,既要注重业务能力,更要培养立足民族区域需求,服务国家发展需要的精神。
