浅析新加坡单一窗口建设对我国的启示

摘要

The single window mechanism in Singapore belongs to the model of“public platform”.This paper reviews the construction process of single window in Singapore.On the basis of summing up successful experience,the paper puts for-ward some suggestions combined with the actual situation in China:choosing the appropriate single window mode,relying on the E-port to carry out single window,and allowing enterprises to participate in every stage.%新加坡构建的单一窗口机制属于“公共平台”模式运作的典范。通过对新加坡单一窗口建设的进程进行回顾，在总结其成功经验的基础上，结合我国建设实际，提出了几点建议，选择合适的单一窗口模式、依托电子口岸平台开展“单一窗口”以及与商界合作，让企业全程参与。
