企业参与标准竞争相关驱动因素的研究综述--基于新制度理论的视角

摘要

It has increasingly become an important strategy for many enterprises to participate in the standard competi-tion,while the driving elements of standard competition still need depth study.The current research mainly emphasizes the efficiency driver instead of the inefficiency one.Combined with nearly 30 years research achievements of standard competition both at home and abroad,this dissertation combs the related research on standard competition’ s formation and driving mechanism.Based on the theory of new institution,the dissertation analyzes the driving factors of standard competition from the coercive,normative and mimetic aspects,and puts forward the future direction,which can provide reference for future research and enterprise practice.%参与标准竞争日益成为诸多企业的首选战略，但是对企业参与标准竞争驱动要素的相关研究还不够深入，现有研究主要强调基于效率的驱动因素，缺乏对非效率驱动因素的系统分析。结合近30年国内外关于标准竞争的相关研究成果，对标准竞争的形成及驱动机制的相关文献进行梳理归纳；以新制度理论为基础，从强制性、规范性和模仿性等方面分析企业参与标准竞争的驱动因素，提出未来的研究方向，并为未来研究和企业实践提供参考。
