江苏沿海新能源产业集群竞争力研究--基于 GEM 和 AHP 模型的实证分析

摘要

Through the analysis of the causes and problems of new energy industry cluster in Jiangsu coastal areas,which made the development vein of Jiangsu new energy industry cluster clearly revealed. In addition,the writer used AHP to de-termine the index weight and GEM model to quantitatively measure the competitiveness of Jiangsu costal new energy industry cluster on the basis of expert questionnaire and enterprise survey. The findings were as follows:First of all,the scores of the six factors in the GEM model are generally higher,and the gap is very small;530 points show that industrial clusters in the area have a stronger advantage across the country;The external market factors get the lowest score,which shows that new energy industry cluster of the area needs to take effort to go into the international market.%立足于江苏沿海新能源产业集群发展的一般规律，基于 GEM 模型的内涵与实践特征构建了江苏沿海新能源产业集群竞争力的评价指标体系，并分别进行专家问卷和企业问卷的调查，在此基础上综合运用 AHP 模型和GEM 模型测定该地区新能源产业集群的竞争力。实证结果发现，GEM 模型中六个因素的得分普遍较高，且差距不大；GEM 得分530分，说明该地区产业集群在全国范围内有较强的优势；外部市场因素得分最低，表明该地区新能源产业集群走向国际市场仍需努力。
