江苏省知识产权现状及对策研究--以专利申请和授权为视角

摘要

对“十一五”期间江苏及我国知识产权发达省市的专利申请授权数据分析表明，近年来江苏全省专利申请与授权数量稳步增长，多项指标位居全国第一，但与国内其他知识产权发达省市相比，江苏省的专利质量不高，发明专利授权产出较低，企业运用知识产权能力不足。由此可见，促进知识产权创造、提高专利质量是未来江苏省知识产权工作的重中之中。%The analysis of the Jiangsu Province’s patent application and grant data shows that during the eleventh five -year plan Jiangsu’s patent data grows steadily and a lot of indexes are beginning to be the number one in China. But through the comparison of the patent data between Jiangsu and other IP model provinces,we can see Jiangsu’s patent quali-ty is in the lower level. The output of invention patent is not high and many companies lack the ability of using IP. Consid-ering all of above,Jiangsu’s government should strengthen the following works in the future:promoting the IP’s creation and improving the patent quality.
