基于索洛模型的技术进步对内蒙古经济增长作用分析

摘要

资本、劳动力和技术进步是促进经济增长重要因素，其中技术进步的作用越来越重要，若仅将其作为单一因素进行分析，会忽略技术进步范畴内其他重要因素的影响。因此对技术进步进一步分解为人力资本、科技进步和规模经济，通过 C - D 模型和索洛增长模型分析其对内蒙古经济增长的贡献。结果表明技术进步对经济的贡献率为46.13%，其中人力资本的贡献为39.796%，科技进步的贡献为12.657%，规模经济的作用不大，表明内蒙古应加快推进产业集群化发展。%Capital,labor and technological progress are important drivers for economic growth,and technological progress plays a more and more important role. If only analyzing it as a single factor,other important factors in technological pro-gress will be ignored. First of all,technological progress is decomposed into human capital,technological advances and e-conomies of scale in this paper. Through building the Cobb - Douglas function and Solow growth model,the contribution rate of technological progress to economic growth in Inner Mongolia is analyzed. The results shows that the contribution rate of technological progress on economic contribution is 46. 13%,in which the largest contribution to the human capital is 39. 796% ,and technological advances contribution is 12. 657%. And the effect that economy of scale plays is not signifi-cant,which suggests that the industrial cluster should be developed in Inner Mongolia.
