中国服务业技术效率的影响因素及其效应分析--基于岭回归方法的实证研究

摘要

The paper uses the ridge regression estimation method in multivariate statistics to analyze the main influencing factors and its effects of technical efficiency of Chinaˊs service industry in the past 30 years of Reform and Opening up (1978 -2008).Research results show that,the leading factor which influences the degree of technology efficiency of Chi-naˊs service industry is government behavior which influences the economic and city level,followed by market degree,de-gree of openness,and the level of human capital;the non -dominant factor is the level of information.On this basis,the paper puts forward the improvement proposal of the technical efficiency of service industry.%运用多元统计中的岭回归估计法对改革开放30年（1978－2008）影响中国服务业技术效率的各主要影响因素及其影响效应进行实证分析，研究结果表明，对中国服务业技术效率影响程度较大的主导因素是政府行为对经济的影响程度和城市化水平，影响较小的主导因素有市场化程度、对外开放度、人力资本水平，非主导因素是信息化水平，在此基础上有针对性地提出改进服务业技术效率的建议。
