R D 投入、R D 合作与专利产出--基于深圳中小板上市企业的经验证据

摘要

以深圳中小板上市企业为样本，研究研发合作是否促进了企业创新绩效的提高？竞争性研发合作和非竞争性研发合作的作用效果是否存在差异？实证结果表明，竞争性研发合作和非竞争性研发合作在研发投入与专利产出之间都起到了正向调节作用，并且，非竞争性研发合作的调节效应要强一些。%Based on absorptive capacity theory,the corporation could raise the effectiveness of innovation through R&D collaboration.This paper based on listed companies of Shenzhen SME board,studies the subject on whether R&D collabo-ration could help improve innovation performance of enterprise;whether differences exist between competitive R&D collabo-ration and non -competitive R&D collaboration.The empirical results show that both R&D collaboration and non -competi-tive R&D collaboration play a positive role in R&D investment and innovation performance;the non -competitive R&D col-laboration is stronger than competitive R&D collaboration.
