This paper constructs an indicator system of industry collaborative innovation system coupling coordination degree,then introduces model of coupling coordination degree,so as to make empirical analysis on the system coupling coordination degree of industry innovation system and external innovation environment in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone from 2008 to 2014.Results show that,Beibu Gulf Economic Zone's industry collaborative innovation system coupling coordination degree has gone through the process of "Slight Imbalance →On the Verge of Imbalance" → "Coordinated Reluctantly" → "Coordinated Preliminarily",and it has increased steadily.In the 4 cities of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone,i.e.,Nanning,Beihai,Qinzhou and Fangchenggang,only Nanning has reached the degree of "Coordinated Preliminarily",with others in out of tune.At last,in view of the results,this paper puts forward policy suggestions as follows:expand innovation investment to improve the overall innovation capability of industrial clusters;increase the supply of public goods and funds for innovation industry to bring the enthusiasm of industry collaborative innovation and reinforce the supervision of innovation market;strengthen the openness of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone to attract " high-tech,high value-added" foreign investment.%通过构建产业协同创新系统耦合协调模型,对2008-2014年广西北部湾经济区产业创新系统-外部创新环境系统耦合协调度进行实证分析.研究结果表明,北部湾经济区的工业产业协同创新系统耦合协调度总体呈稳步上升趋势,且除了南宁达到初级协调外,北海、钦州、防城港产业协同创新都处于不协调的发展阶段.针对实证分析结果,提出了北部湾经济区工业产业创新协同度的提升建议.
