上海建设城市创新体系的现状与对策研究——基于创新生态系统视角

摘要

首先对城市创新体系的最新理论研究成果进行综述,其次对城市创新体系的未来趋势进行梳理,然后,从纵横两个维度对上海城市创新体系建设现状进行深入剖析.结合上海建设具有全球影响力科创中心的战略定位,提出四方面对策建议,以供决策参考.%This paper summarizes the theory of city innovation system of the latest research results followed by carding the future trend of the city innovation system.Then,from the vertical and horizontal dimensions of Shanghai city,the paper deeply analyzes the present situation in the construction of innovation system.Combined with Shanghai's strategic orientation of global science and technology innovation center,the paper puts forward four countermeasures and suggestions for the reference of decision making.
