乌尔里希·贝克技术风险思想探析

摘要

The theory of Ulrich Beck contains abundant thoughts of technology risk.He believes that modern technology risk has some special characteristics,such as high degree of risk hidden,imperceptible,incalculable,unpredictable,irreversible consequences,uncompensated,across the boundary of time and space and so on.The risk is caused by "unawareness" and "organized irresponsibility".So,in order to avoid technology risk,some measures must be taken,including "sub-politics" and "trans-boundary governance".%乌尔里希·贝克理论中蕴含着丰富的技术风险思想.他认为现代技术风险具有高度隐蔽、不可感知;不可计算、难以预测;后果不可逆、无法补偿;跨越时空界限等特征.其成因并非确定性的知识,而是无知与“有组织的不负责任”.他进一步指出, “亚政治”与跨界治理是现代技术风险规避的主要路径.
