奥巴马政府供给面科技创新政策研究

摘要

供给面科技创新政策工具主要包括科技创新资金投入、人才培养引进、重大科技基础设施、技术研发供给、科技创新创业服务等方面的政策.研究奥巴马政府制定实施的供给面科技创新政策措施,对比分析中美两国供给面科技创新政策,并提出若干对策建议.%According to the research of scholars both at home and abroad,the supply side innovation policy tools include innovation investment,talents training and personnel,major scientific and technological infrastructure,technology research,innovation and entrepreneurship services and other policies.This paper analyzes the supply side innovation policies of the Obama Administration,and the comparison of the supply side innovation policies in the United States and China,finally puts forward some suggestions.
