黑龙江省虚拟有机农场模式构建及保障机制研究

摘要

面对农产品安全以及我国有机农场存在的分散性、规模小、成本高等现实问题,以经济下行压力较大的黑龙江省为例,通过对其发展有机农场的优势条件进行分析,在虚拟组织理论的基础上首次提出虚拟有机农场创新模式,并通过对该模式及其保障机制的建立与阐释,论证其可行性与优越性,以期为提升黑龙江省农业经济提出一种新的思路、为探索现代化有机农业模式创新提供借鉴.%Facing the problems of the safety of agricultural products and features of organic farms in China including scattering farms,small scale and high cost,taking Heilongjiang Province,a province suffering greater pressure of declining economy,as an example,the paper analyzes its development advantage of organic farms,first puts forward the the virtual organic farm based on the theory of virtual organization,and demonstrates its feasibility and superiority by establishing and interpreting the mode and the safeguard mechanism.In order to enhance agricultural economy in Heilongjiang Province,we propose a new way of thinking to provide reference for exploring the modern organic agriculture model innovation.
