我国工业产业知识基础配置的测量与优化

摘要

Based on the theory of allocation of industrial knowledge bases,the paper designs 3 indexes,and uses entropy method to measure the absolute value and relative value of the allocation of industrial knowledge bases in every province.The results are as follows:The rising trend of the allocation of industrial knowledge bases is good,however,S/A value shows no signs of optimizing the structure of industrial knowledge bases.While,regional allocation of industrial knowledge bases of our country is similar with our regional economy,which has a zonal distribution trend.At last,some new ideas of optimizing the allocation of industrial knowledge bases of main provinces are provided.%基于产业知识基础配置理论设计测量产业知识基础配置的指标,采用熵值法对我国各省、自治区、直辖市的工业产业知识基础配置绝对值与相对值进行测量,结果显示:我国工业产业知识基础配置总体增长趋势良好,但S/A值没有表现出其产业知识基础结构优化的迹象;同时在区域配置上,表现出与经济发展较为类似的带状分布.最后对我国主要省区市的工业产业知识基础配置优化提出一些思路.
