技术入股中科技人员的角色及激励机制浅析——以华南农业大学为例

This article takes the south China agricultural university as an example,combined with the practice of agricultural science and technology achievements share,aiming to analyze the incentive mechanism and the roles played by science and technology personnel in the whole process,so it can provide certain references for other agricultural colleges and universities to buy a share of the agricultural science and technology achievements.%以华南农业大学为例,结合农科类科技成果开展技术入股的实践,就科技人员在整个技术入股过程中的角色及过程激励机制进行分析,以期为其他农业高校开展农业科技成果入股提供一定的借鉴和参考.
