印度仿制型制药企业的转型升级路径研究及其对我国的启示——以雷迪博士为例

摘要

In this paper,Dr.Reddy's Laboratories,the second biggest pharmaceutical company in India,was taken as the object of this study.The pathway of its transformation and upgrading,including key link between such as Common API,characteristic API,genetic drug and novel drug was studied to summarize the strategy and experience of India.Ultimately,combining the actual condition of our country,this paper puts forward some suggestions accordingly to provide a reference for improving the quality of genetic drugs,as well as promoting transformation and upgrading of pharmaceutical industry.%以印度第二大制药企业雷迪博士实验室公司为研究对象,通过研究其“大宗原料药—特色原料药—仿制药—创新药”的转型升级路径,总结其在转型过程中的经验和策略.最终,结合我国实际情况,针对企业转型的不同阶段提出合理化建议,以期为提高我国仿制药质量、促进我国仿制药企业的转型升级提供经验借鉴.
