河南省科技人力资源配置现状及优化路径选择

Science ＆ technology talent is the core elements of supporting economic development,optimize the allocation of human resources for promoting the development of regional economy and science ＆ technology innovation is particularly important. The paper analyse the situation of science ＆technology human resources development and the status of science ＆ technology human resource allocation in Henan,and finds out the problems of science ＆ technology human resource allocation,at last,the paper put forward the optimization path selection of science ＆ technology human resource according to the reality of Henan.%科技人才是支撑地区经济发展的核心要素,对科技人力资源进行优化配置对促进区域经济发展和科技创新尤为重要。本文通过分析河南省科技人力资源开发面临的形势及其科技人力资源配置现状,找出河南省科技人力资源配置存在的问题,最后针对河南实际提出了河南省科技人力资源优化配置路径选择。
