技术出版物质量评价机制的建立与应用

摘要

开展技术出版物质量评价并完善，能够保障产品可以顺利交付给客户，并满足适航标准和客户安全运营要求。这也是航空器制造商OEM应尽的义务和责任。该文通过对FCOM2的质量完善历程进行总结，提出了通用的飞机技术出版物质量评价机制，以便于改善技术出版物整体质量。%The purpose of conducting technical publication quality evaluation and improvement is to make sure that products delivered to customers meet airworthiness standards and customers’safe operation requirements.It is the obligation and responsibility of the aircraft manufacturer OEM.By reviewing the process of FCOM2 quality improvement, this article endeavors to establish a technical publication quality evaluation mechanism that applies to all aircraft technical publications in order to improve the overall quality of technical publications.
