基于工业工程的家庭作坊式企业低碳减排方式的研究①②--以浙江省某乡镇小型喷塑厂为例

摘要

In coastal areas, cottage industry enterprises play an important role in the development of the local economy and their contribution to carbon emission reduction makes an essential part of the whole socity. This paper takes a certain small powder painting factory in a town of Zhejiang Province for an example and does research on the carbon emission of the progress in painting components of one unit by analyzing the carbon footprint in a quantitive way. Meanwhile, through the ideology of Industrial Engineering, this paper also comes up with a scheme to improve the operation on the spot and increase production efficiency via work study. The result finally indicates that the carbon emission in the progress of one unit production has dramatically diminished due to the improvement, which really lays a foundation for low carbon economy.%家庭作坊式企业在沿海地区对发展地方经济起了很重要的作用，其低碳减排的成效是全社会低碳减排的重要部分。该文以浙江省某乡镇小型喷塑厂为例，运用碳足迹分析方法定量研究了单位批量零件加工喷塑过程中的碳排放。基于工业工程思想，对生产现场进行工作研究，改善了现场操作，提高了生产效率，结果表明改善后生产单位批量零件的喷塑加工过程中的碳排放量大大降低，为企业的低碳减排方式提供了一定的依据。
