基于CEMS的沥青混合料有害气体排放监测方法

         

摘要

Continuous Emission Monitoring System(CEMS),a modern tool for monitoring flue gas emissions, isutilized for a continuous, real-time and on-line monitoring of the concentration and total amount of particulate and gas pollutants, thus applied widely in modern thermal power plants for gas emissions monitoring. Based on a deep understanding of CEMS, further improvements are demonstrated here on the sampling system and analysis system of the test instrument. The improved CEMS, named N-CEMS, can be used, continuously and real-timely, tomonitor the harmful gases emitted during the paving and compaction of asphalt mixture.%烟气排放连续监测系统(CEMS)是监测烟气污染物排放的现代化手段,可以连续、实时、在线监测污染排放源排放烟气中的颗粒污染物、气态污染物的浓度和排放总量,实现监测污染物排放总量的目标,在如今的火电厂气体排放监测中广泛应用。该文通过对CEMS系统原理的分析,进而对其测试仪器采样系统和分析系统进行改进,得出一套完整的、能对沥青混合料在摊铺和碾压过程中排放的有害气体进行连续、实时地监测的N-CEMS设备。
