消炎痛凝胶剂中欧前胡素含量测定的研究

摘要

目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定消炎痛凝胶剂中欧前胡素含量的方法。方法甲醇-水（55：45）为流动相；检测波长：300 nm；流速：1.0 mL·min-1；柱温：30℃。结果本法可测定欧前胡素的含量，其在0.8～16µg范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率为99.53%；RSD为1.82%。结论该方法简便、准确，可作为消炎痛凝胶剂的含量测定方法。%Objective:To establish a HPLC method for determination of imperatorin in Xiaoyantong gel.Methods:Mobile phase was methanol-water(55:45).Detection wavelength:300nm.Flow rate:1.0mL min-1.Column temperature:30℃.Results:The content of imperatorin is determined by this method,while the linear relation was good.The average recovery was 99.53%.The RSD was 1.82%.Conclusions:This method is simple,accurate and can be used for determination of Xiaoyantong gel.
