This paper in the light ofstudents do not have a profound and specific understanding of familiar regenerative chatter prediction technology in machining.It alsoexhibition several methods of chatter prediction and respective analysis results.We establishment aregenerative prediction chatter software, By changing the parameters of the input values students can see the parameters influence on the regenerative chatter stability in visual.That makes students’understanding of the theory of chatter prediction and make them understand the application of regenerative chatter prediction technology in production.%该文针对大学生熟悉的机床加工中再生颤振的预测技术认识不深入,不具体的问题,展示了几种颤振预测方法及其分析结果并建立的颤振预测软件,通过改变参数的输入值从视觉上展现出参数变化对颤振稳定性的影响。即加深了学生对颤振预测理论的认识又使他们了解到颤振预测技术在生产中的应用途径。
