预防医学专业本科生'分子流行病学'学习现状及教学方式探讨

         

摘要

目的 了解预防医学专业本科生对分子流行病学的学习情况,提出针对性的教学改革方法.方法 使用调查问卷对预防医学专业的学生进行调查,对调查结果进行统计分析.结果 60.7%的学生对分子流行病学课程有兴趣,78.6%的学生认为分子流行病学课程对自己学习专业有帮助,75.0%的学生对教学效果满意,85.7%的学生认为分子流行病学研究中的统计分析方法较难,82.1%的学生认为实习课中的基因多态性检测比较难,93.0%的学生对任课教师教学能力和学术水平是肯定的,96.4%的学生对任课教师的敬业精神满意.结论 针对调查结果,建议教师对分子流行病学的基本理论、研究方法和统计分析进行重点讲解,并针对难点内容开设相应的实验课.%Objective To understand Molecular Epidemiology study situation in preventive medicine undergraduate and to provide the basis for reforming Molecular Epidemiology teaching. Methods 28 preventive medicine undergraduate were investigated for the problems related to Molecular Epidemiology through questionnaire, and statistical analysis of the survey results. Results 60.7% of the students liked molecular epidemiology course, 78.6% of the students thought the course of their study of molecular epidemiology helpful, 75.0% of student believe that the teaching results satisfactory, 85.7% of students reflected that statistical analysis of molecular epidemiological very difficult, 82.1% of the students thought polymorphism detection was the most difficult in practice course, 93.0% of the students hold a positive attitude of teachers' ability, and 96.4% of the students satisfied with the professionalism of teachers. Conclusion Based on the survey results, we recommend that teachers focus on explaining the basic theory, research methods and statistical analysis during the teaching process, and open the corresponding experimental course content for the difficulties.
