“团队项目式”校企联合指导机械专业毕业设计模式的探索与实践

摘要

According to problems exist in graduation design for students majoring in mechanical engineering,such as unfamiliar with the whole process of project research,lack of integrity of the engineering concept and awareness of innovation,shortage of teaching materials,a new graduation design models was proposed,that is teaching main body diversification,project teaching mode,The double qualified teaching guidance,dynamic teaching evaluation.The reform has achieved good effect and engineering awareness and innovation capability of students is greatly improved.%针对机械制造专业学生在毕业设计中存在的对项目研究的总体过程不了解，缺乏完整的工程概念，缺乏创新意识及教学资源紧缺等问题，提出了教学主体多元化、教学模式项目化、教学指导双师化、教学评价动态化的毕业设计人才培养模式的改革，取得了良好的效果，学生的工程意识和创新能力得到较大的提高。
