高校图书馆危机因子及其管理探究

摘要

图书馆危机是指由图书馆内外环境中相关因素引发的非常状态。诱发高校图书馆危机发生的危机因子可以按内部因子和外部因子进行分类，图书馆危机管理是从危机发生到消亡的过程中，对图书馆运行中出现的危机因子和危机事件进行全面监控处理的管理理论与管理实践，它需要建立相应的危机预案、危机预警、危机干预、危机管理评估等管理流程。%The library crisis means the unusual state caused by relevant factors in library’s internal and external environment. The crisis factors inducing the crisis of university library can be classified according to the internal factor and external factor. And library’s crisis management, which is the management theory and management practice of comprehensively monitoring the crisis factors and events occurring in library’s operation from crisis happening to crisis extincting, needs to establish the corresponding management process including the pre-arranged crisis plan, crisis early-warning, crisis intervention, and crisis management evaluation, etc.
