中国产学研联盟存在问题及对策

产学研联盟是一种新型、具有战略价值的组织形式,它作为国家创新体系中的重要组成部分,一直是世界各国研究和讨论的热点。文章对我国产学研联盟的发展进行了全面分析,深入剖析了产学研联盟存在的内在动因,进一步分析产学研联盟发展中存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决对策。%the production-education-research alliance（PER） is a kind of innovative, strategic value of organizational forms. As an important part of the national innovation system, PER is always the top topic researched and discussed around the world. This article conducts a comprehensive anal- ysis on the development of PER, clarifies the motivation mechanism of PER, makes further analysis on the problems of PER development and proposes the corresponding countermeasures.
