企业节能减排绩效考核评价体系研究

摘要

企业作为能源消耗的主体,同时也是污染物排放的主要来源,对完成节能减排目标任务肩负重任。因此,建立一套科学合理的节能减排绩效考核评价体系成为迫切的现实需要。本文对构建企业节能减排绩效考核评价体系进行了探索,从考核评价体系指标选取需遵循的原则,各层指标的确定,各层指标权重值的确定以及考核评价体系的构建等方面进行了深入分析,旨在为提高企业节能减排工作管理水平提供一个有益的参考。%The enterprise is the main energy consumption, and also is a major source of pollutant emission. So, the enterprise should assume more responsibility. Now, to establish a set of scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system of energy-saving emission reduction is realistic need urgently. The construction of enterprise energy-saving emission reduction performance evaluation system is explored in this paper. The evaluation system index selection principle of each index, how to determine the index, and how to determine value of the index are thought. The purpose of this paper is to provide a useful reference improving the management level of enterprise energy-saving emission reduction work.
