摘要

The multi-objective appraisal indexes of performance measurement for the enterprise technology alliance are complex. In virtue of Genetic Algorithm, the optimizing model of appraisal indexes and its procedure designed by Pascal has been analyzed. The author believes that the model would be available for more objective and effective appraisal indexes, which is necessity of accurate appraisal.
