This article elaborated the University production-study-research cooperation concept, as well as the domestic and foreign research status of cooperative work, affects our country university cooperation in production and research work of unfavorable factors, and discusses the development strategy of cooperative work.%阐述了高校开展产学研合作工作的理念，以及国内外对产学研合作工作的研究现状，影响我国高校开展产学研合作工作的不利因素，探讨了高校开展产学研合作工作的策略。
