R D 经费配置对区域服务业发展的影响研究

摘要

Technology is the source to ensure the rapid development of service industry. The improvement of science and technology relies heavily on R&D funds input. By constructing a 2002 -2012 panel data of 31 provinces in China ,this paper use the method of empirical study the potential impact of R&D inputting on service industry development in our country ,and the internal R&D funds expenditure structure are analyzed. The re‐sults show that R & D funding play a role in promoting the development of services ,and exist regional differences ,the trend of influence is gradu‐ally decrease from the east to the west. The internal structure of R&D spending has different influence in all areas. Finally on the basis of the anal‐ysis of its causes ,this paper gives some suggestions on how to reasonable funds expenditure structure and promote regional services development .%科技是保证服务业快速发展的源泉。科技技术的提高很大程度上依赖于 R&D经费的投入。通过构建2002－2012年我国31个省份的面板数据，实证考察了我国R&D经费投入对服务业发展的潜在影响，并且从R&D经费内部支出结构的角度上进行了分析。结果表明R&D经费投入对服务业的发展起着促进作用，而且存在区域差异，影响力呈现出从东部向西部逐渐递减的趋势。R&D经费支出的内部结构的不同对区域的服务业发展存在很大的差异。最后在分析其产生原因的基础上，对如何合理经费支出结构以及如何协调发展东部、中部和西部地区服务业的问题上提出了相应的建议。
