基于DEA的江苏工业细分行业技术创新效率评价

摘要

以江苏工业2003-2014年35个细分行业的数据为依据,运用DEA模型,对其技术创新效率进行测度与评价,并将其分解为规模效率和纯技术效率。认为2003年以来,江苏工业技术创新效率不断提高,尤其是2011年后出现较大幅度的增长,规模效率的变动幅度与综合技术效率的变动幅度基本一致,纯技术效率的变动相对平稳。但江苏工业技术创新的整体效率较低,仅为0.585,这是纯技术效率(0.723)和规模效率(0.803)不高综合作用的结果。江苏工业技术创新效率具有明显的行业特性,行业间差异显著。%The 35 subdivision industrial technology innovation efficiency in Jiangsu Province is evaluated in terms of efficiency,effectiveness,and returns to scale by using DEA method from2003-2014.The result shows that the general level of innovation efficiency is increasing,especially since 2011.The efficiency brings into correspondence with the returns to scale and the effectiveness is steady.But the 35 subdivision industrial technology innovation efficiency in Jiangsu Province is low with 0.585,which is the result of comprehensive action of the effectiveness(0.723)and returns to scale(0.803).The 35 subdivision industrial technology innovation efficiency in Jiangsu Province has obvious characteristics of the indus-try,and has an obvious difference.
