数控机床控制性能影响因素的探究

         

摘要

Rapid and precision processing puts higher requests for CNC machine. Based on the second order system model of CNC machine, the relationship between some certain machine parameters ( such as the bandwidth of the servo system, the sampling frequency, the position loop gain Kp factor, the speed loop gain Kv factor and the error register of the detection device) and the performance and precision of the CNC machine was specifically analyzed and concluded according the control theory. This further leads to the detailed requirements of these parameters for a CNC machine to obtain good control performance and precision, which will definitely influence the understanding and design of CNC machine to some extent.%快速精密加工对数控机床提出了更高的要求,基于数控机床的二阶系统模型,从控制的角度分别分析推导了数控机床的采样频率、位置环增益Kp因子和速度环增益Kv因子、检测装置的误差寄存器以及进给系统的带宽对数控机床性能和加工精度的影响,从而得出了一台数控机床要实现良好的控制性能和加工精度对以上参数的要求,对于数控机床的认识和设计有一定的参考意义.
