泡沫铝夹芯板抗侵彻性能的数值研究

     

摘要

应用LS-DYNA 3D有限元软件数值研究了固支泡沫铝夹芯方板的抗侵彻性能.分析了面板厚度、芯层厚度、芯层相对密度及不同子弹形状对夹芯板抗侵彻性能的影响,以及不同撞击速度下夹芯板各组成部分的能量耗散机制.研究结果表明,增加面板厚度、芯层厚度或芯层密度均能有效提高夹芯板的抗侵彻能力;泡沫铝夹芯板抵抗锥形弹侵彻的能力最弱;在研究范围内面板吸收了绝大多数冲击能.研究结果对泡沫金属夹芯结构的工程应用有一定的参考价值.%The anti-penetration performance of the clamped aluminum foam-based sandwich plates was investigated using finite element program LS-DYNA 3D.The effects of face-sheet thickness, core thickness, core density and projectile' shape on anti-penetration performance of structures are analyzed, and the energy dissipation characteristic of sandwich panel for given different impact velocities are researched.Numerical results show that the antipenetration performance increases with the core thickness, face-sheet thickness and core density.The anti-penetration capacity of structures impacted by conical projectiles is the worst.And the most of impact energy is absorbed by the face sheets within the range of research.The experimental results are of worth to engineering application of metallic sandwich structures.
