基于嵌入式架构的阵列感应成像测井仪调试台架设计

             

摘要

介绍了阵列感应成像测井仪调试台架的设计.根据阵列感应测井仪的结构特点,将仪器调试分为线圈、线圈系和整机三个层级,并从元件级设计了各调试子系统.该调试系统采用主从式结构,主机和前端机通过以太网互联.基于嵌入武技术的前端机通过扩展总线控制线圈、线圈系和整机调试子系统.扩展总线在硬件实现上借鉴了PC104的自堆叠结构,使前端机和各调试功能板形成积木式组合,也使系统具有良好的可靠性和可扩展性.该系统已成功应用于阵列感应成像测井仪的产业化过程,并为新型线圈及线圈系设计提供了良好的测试平台.%A design of test-bench system for MIT is introduced. According to the structural characteristics of the Array induction logging tool, the test-bench focuses on coil,the coils and the whole tool. The three level subtest systems are formed from IC components. Principal and subordinate structure are employed. The host PC and the front-computer based on embedded technique interconnect via Ethernet are presented. The front-computer extends a self-define bus, applying the physical structure of the PC104 module ,to access all kinds of subtest function boards.That makes the front-computer and subtest function boards to form a self-stacking module and enhances reliability and scalability. The test system is successfully applied to the process of MITs industrialization and a good test platform for new coil and coils design.
