超燃雾化喷管内流场的数值模拟

     

摘要

对在给定条件下设计的拉瓦尔喷管进行了数值模拟分析和验证,分别采用进口压强为3.9×105 Pa、5.78×105 Pa、11.9×105 Pa和15.6×105 Pa的模拟结果与设计值7.8×105 Pa的模拟结果进行了比较,并得出设计的拉瓦尔喷管比较合理能够满足实验要求.同时模拟分析了在喷管末端增加一凹槽对喷管尾部气流的影响,研究表明凹槽的存在有利于气流的扰动,从而促进燃料的充分混合和燃烧.%Under the given conditions the design of the laval nozzle is numerically simulated and validated.were import pressure is 3.9 × 105 Pa. 5. 78 × l05 Pa,ll. 9 × 105 Pa and 15. 6 × 105 Pa the simulation results and designed value of 7. 8 × 105 Pa simulation results were compared. And know that the designed value is reasonable to meet the test requirements. Meanwhile the cavity was subjoined on the end of spary tube,what affect the airflow was simulated and analyzed. The results indicate that the cavity is conducive to flow disturbance. so as to promote mixing and combustion of fuel.
