铝锭堆垛机翻转装置主轴的瞬态动力学分析

         

摘要

Aluminum ingots stacker is the key components of aluminum ingots continuous casting production line. Based on the problem about impact, unstable in the turn of ingot and so on, it studies dynamic performance about the axis of Ingot overturning device of aluminum ingots stacker. The dynamic model of the axis is established by Pro/e and transient analysis of axis is investigated by ANSYS software. Transient analysis gain displacement,velocity and acceleration response of the main axis driven by dynamic torque which is exported by servo motor. The result not only shows that the use of servo motor which driven Ingot overturning device to turn ingot, reduced the impact in the two extremes and impoved the stability in the process of turning, but also provided the certain theoretic evidence for ameliorating the design manufacture and improving the efficiency of Ingot overturning device.%铝锭堆垛机是铝锭连铸生产线的关键设备,铝锭堆垛机的性能已经成为制约铝锭连铸生产线高效性和自动化的瓶颈技术.针对铝锭堆垛机翻转装置翻转铝锭过程中存在的冲击大、翻转过程不平稳等问题,研究了翻转装置主轴的动态特性.通过Pro/e建立了主轴的三维实体模型,考虑了轴承对主轴的约束、伺服电机施加给主轴的动态变化扭矩等,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS对主轴进行了瞬态动力学分析,计算出了翻转装置主轴在动态变化扭矩作用下翻转铝锭的位移、速度、加速度响应.分析结果表明运用伺服电机驱动翻转装置翻转铝锭有效减小了翻转机构在两个极端位置的冲击,提高了翻转过程的平稳性,也为进一步改进该结构进而提高堆垛机的效率提供了一定的理论依据.
