摘要

GDX2小盒透明纸在成型转塔的包装过程中会存在皱纹、气泡、熨烫不平等现象,影响其外观.为了避免这种现象,需要对该包装机侧面热封装置进行一系列的改进.可以通过改进第二工位上的弧形瓦板和烙铁的尺寸,增加熨烫装置,排出透明纸搭接处的空气,从而减少皱纹、气泡、熨烫不平,整体上提高了产品包装的质量和美观.%The side heater in the whole molding brick tower GDX2 over wrapper was improved to as much as possible avoid defective packets, such as wrinkle, air bubble, pressing uneven, and etc. The appearance of packet is improved mainly by improving the size of the second station on the curved tile board and iron, and increasing a pressing device, to discharge the air of the film, thus, decreased wrinkle, air bubble, pressing uneven, and so on.
