宏程序在大型装载机变速箱体数控加工中的应用研究

         

摘要

For machining gearbox housings of large - scale wheel loaders on horizontal machining centers, the mathematical transformation relationships are analyzed in detail between the coordinate origin of the gearbox housing. The reference point on the clamping fixture, and the gyration center of the worktable of HC, the multi-face coordinate transformation is carried out in NC machining using programming method in macro program. The automatic compensation is made for the coordinate origin of the gearbox housing after the worktable is rotated. The programming efficiency is enhanced in NC machining gearbox housings, and the machining accuracies of the gearbox housing machining is guaranteed.%针对在卧式加工中心上加工大型装载机变速箱体的问题,详细分析了箱体坐标系的原点、夹具上的参考点和加工中心工作台回转中心之间的数学变换关系.采用宏程序编程的方法,解决箱体数控加工中工件多面坐标系变换的问题.实现箱体工件坐标系的原点在工作台旋转后的自动补偿.提高了变速箱体数控加工的编程效率以及程序的通用性.保证了箱体数控加工的加工精度.
