The plywood load of hub is investigated through the use of the strain measurement method and the flight test. The static strain range, the dynamic strain range and the characteristic of structure dynamics of the ply wood load are obtained. Then the time factors, its variety tendency as well as the relation related to the helicopter status for the static load and the dynamic load of plywood are analyzed. The results provide an important proof for the workout of load spectrum, strength design, structural optimization and the evaluation of fatigue life.%以桨毂夹板应变测量法为基础,通过飞行试验,获得夹板静应变幅值、动应变幅值和结构动力学特性,分析了夹板静载荷和动载荷随时间、测点位置及直升机典型飞行状态的变化规律,为夹板载荷谱的编制、结构改型及寿命评估提供依据.
