30m化工烟囱吊装时强度校核计算分析

         

摘要

采用CATIA软件建立了烟囱的三维模型.利用该软件的有限元分析功能,对烟囱吊装时的应力强度和位移进行了校核计算.烟囱所使用的材料为Q345 -B,材料的屈服强度为345MPa.计算时考虑了烟囱的两个状态:水平位置和竖直位置.结果表明,在两种状态下,烟囱本身、吊耳的强度均能够满足材料的屈服强度要求,因此不必修改结构,现有结构可以满足吊装要求.%CATIA software was used to create three-dimensional model of the chimney. By finite element analy-sis workbench of the software, the lifting stress intensity and displacement of the chimney were checked. Q345-B steel,with yield strength of 345 Mpa, was used for torch tower. When calculating, two states of the chimney were taken into account;horizontal and vertical position. The results show that in both states, the chimney itself, hanging ears all meet the material yield strength. So it need not modify the structure, the existing structure can meet the re-quirements of lifting.
