苏25井区产水气井分析及泡沫排水技术应用

         

摘要

Accompanied with exploring development of Sulige Gas field, the formation pressure continuously dropped, water production of gas well increased and since the liquid-loading condition of most wells are unknown, it affect the effect of drainage gas recovery technology. Analysing the variation of pressure and production and the properties of gas reservoir for the no liquid-loading well or already liquid-loading well in the Su25 district. The study resulst show that the no liquid-loading wells often have better properities or lie within the main sand belt, and possess high productivity and good production stability. The already liquid-lodaing wells often have poor properities or lie in the sides of the main sand belt, and possess low productivity and poor production stability. The common fluid-carrying model such as spherical model and ellipsoid model model, after comparing the actual condition of the gas well in su 25 area with the result of two models, ellipsoid model model fit it well. And then briefly introduced the commont useful foam drainage gas recovery technologies in Sulige Gas field, analyzing the effect of foam drainage gas method with typical well.%随着苏里格气田的开发,地层压力不断下降,气井普遍产水,且大部分井积液状况不明,影响了排水采气的效果.针对苏25井区的生产现状,从压力、产量的变化和气藏物性等方面分析了积液和未积液井的生产特征.未积液井一般物性较好,或处于主砂带内部,生产能力和生产稳定性较好;积液井一般物性较差或处于主砂带附近,生产能力和生产稳定性较差.利用常用的临界携液流量模型——圆球液滴模型和椭球液滴模型,结合井区气井实际生产动态特征,对比了两种模型的计算结果,椭球携液模型与实际情况符合程度较高.简要介绍了目前苏里格气田常用的泡沫排水采气工艺并结合典型井分析了该工艺的效果.
